When my grandmother was 88 years old we decided not to put her in a nursing home, and we found the Vitra Health program. We cared for her until she was 102 and the program was so very good for her. We were happy with it.

I’m taking care of my brother and mother, helping with medications, and trips to the hospital. I had economic hardships, paying the bills, but now through Vitra Health I have a monthly income and I can spend more time with my family.

My experience with Vitra has been incredibly positive. The team is responsive, collaborative, and clearly driven by a shared commitment to the health of the individuals we serve in the Merrimack Valley. It always feels like a true partnership.

The Vitra Health program has been a wonderful experience for us. Since starting this program, it has helped not only with communication and care for her health from daily living, but also with following up on doctor appointments. I encourage all families to try to join this program.
